Set high up in the Naramata Bench region, this stunning custom lake-facing home was designed to embrace its dramatic surroundings while creating an interior that feels warm, eclectic, grounded, and deeply connected to the landscape. Our involvement extended throughout the entire home from conception to completion. We developed all custom interior design millwork details for the open-concept kitchen, spacious bathrooms, sweeping concrete fireplace feature, his & hers office area, and lower-level entertainment millwork. We also sourced and hand-picked all interior and exterior materials, finishes, and fixtures, carefully considering how each element would work together to create a cohesive experience from one space to the next.

Inside, clean architectural lines are softened with rift-cut oak, warm walnut wood tones, textural concrete, layered abstract wall-coverings & wool broadloom, dramatic over-sized marble tile, and airy glass & metal forms. In the kitchen, streamlined cabinetry and expansive surfaces create a refined, highly functional space, while the dramatic concrete fireplace brings weight and presence to the open living area. In the end, the stunning lake views remain the focal point, while considered details like our client's private art & photography collection add warmth, personality, and a sense of unique perspective to help complete the design.
