Crispin is a past president of Kelowna Women in Business (2016-2020) - an NPO with a focus on providing education, leadership, and collaboration for seasoned business women and young female professionals. She helped found and chair the Canadian Home Builders Association Central Okanagan's Designer Committee (2020-2021), expanding educational opportunities and exposure for the local interior design scene in the central Okanagan region.
